Our objective is set: We are committed to provide the highest standard of quality products and services that will meet or exceed our Customers’ expectations, comply with regulatory requirements, and to maintain the effectiveness of the quality management system. To ensure our Quality Objectives are being met, HiTEM’s employees receive formal training on safety procedures and all classes/elements of IPC-A-610 as well as J-STD-001 from our resident IPC Certified Instructor.

Our quality manual covers all of the requirements of the AS9100:2016, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 quality standards by defining policy and specifying the requirements of the quality standards by stating each function of every company department and their responsibilities

Our quality manual is available to our customers at any time, upon their request.
