Effective January 1, 2013, We have merged with Rapid Engineering, Inc. to form a new company called – HiTEM Engineering, Inc., a quick to market product development company. Combined, between HiTEM Engineering, Inc. and Hi-Tech Electronic Mfg., Inc. (HiTEM), the two companies will be able to offer services from the initial design concept or specification through all phases of design to prototyping to volume production with full regulatory approvals.
