Quality
Quality is not a word at HiTEM - it is the way we do business.
Our objective is set: to reflect HiTEM’s goals and commitments to its customers. To ensure our Quality Objectives are being met, HiTEM’s employees receive formal training on safety procedures and all elements of IPC-A-610 Rev E Class I, II and III from our resident J-STD-001 Certified Instructor.
Our quality manual covers all of the requirements of the AS9100B and ISO 9001:2008 quality standards by defining policy, specifying the requirements of the quality standards by stating each function of every company department and their responsibilities.
Our quality manual is available to our customers at any time, upon their request.
