Program Coordinator

Date: July 21, 2006
Department: Program Management
Supervisor: Program Manager Supervisor Function:

Serve as a point of contact between the Program Manager and various groups within HiTEM to meet customer schedules, specifications and expectations. Reports to Program Manager Supervisor, Director of Program Management, Director or VP of Sales and Marketing, or CEO as available.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Complete Program Management Training Matrix for Level 1.

2. Coordinate and submit all customer documentation and paperwork for the following events:

· Quoting requirements

· Customer approval of alternative parts

· Engineering change orders and temporary deviations

· Sales Order processes

3. Submit the following reports to senior management:

· Open Order Status (to include RMA’s)

· Program Review

· Aging

· Backlog

4. Assist and attend required meetings to record the minutes and action items, and then publish the minutes.

5. Maintain an updated customer contact list and database in XERP.

6. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education
  • None required. A four-year degree in Business, Engineering or related field is recommended.
Experience
  • Knowledge of electronic manufacturing is strongly desired.
  • Knowledge of electronic components is strongly desired.
  • Additionally, the employee must successfully complete all internal courses offered by the company necessary to do the job.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Employee must be self-motivated and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills are mandatory to ensure that the requested tasks are completed by the specific deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are needed.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting and MRP exposure desired.
  • Employee must work safely at all times and maintain the confidentiality of all customer and company information.
